2 - Understand How Buying Works

Ayvens Carmarket offers used cars for sale, all of which undergo detailed inspections and have full maintenance histories.
After logging into your account, you can purchase cars through three different methods: auction, tender, and fixed price:  
- Auction: buyers can participate in auctions by placing manual or automatic bids online, with the highest bid winning the vehicle.
-Tenders, buyers submit closed bids, and the best offer to award the vehicle.
- Fixed price: instantly purchase a vehicle at a fixed price.

3 - Buy internationally

Once you've registered on the platform in your country, you can log on to the site to register in other countries and access more sales.

To buy internationally, you need to provide export documents, starting with the CMR stamped and signed. In some countries, other documents may be required such as the Transport Declaration and the Entry certificate.

To offer you the best possible experience on Ayvens Carmarket, we also put in place an International Service Center that will accompany you for trader registration and KYC and multi language customer support.

AFTER SALE & DOCUMENT

After each sale, you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm whether your bid on a vehicle was successful. Upon confirmation, you will receive a payment notification and/or purchase order/proforma/invoice. Payment for the car must be made within 5 working days.

Once we receive your payment, you will get an email confirming the receipt of your payment and containing your pick-up authorization. You must pick up the car within 5 working days. For export sales, the pick-up must be completed within 10 working days. You need to declare your transporter and contact the compound at least 48 hours before the pick-up. You must send all required export documents to cmrisc@ayvens.com. The certificate of conformity will be given to you with the vehicle documents on the day of collection.

CLAIMS

All complaints must be declared through the Contact Us form of Ayvens Carmarket within 3 working days after delivery or pick-up. You will need to provide the required information and documents: the claim description, proof of transport/pick-up mentioning the delivery date and vehicle conditions, and specific vehicle information and pictures.

The pictures should include the odometer reading, the entire vehicle with the registration plate or VIN number clearly visible, and two photos per damage (global view and zoom). Additionally, you will need to provide a quote issued by a qualified independent party within 10 days after the opening claim date for the treatment of the case.

If the information and documentation are not provided on time, the initial declaration will be closed and will not be subject to any compensation. The customer service will then analyze your request and contact you to provide a conclusion within 5 working days after your complete request.
