4. How long do we keep your personal information?

The personal data are kept by ALD Automotive Algérie SPA, in an active base, for the time necessary to achieve the objective pursued at the time of their collection.

The duration of conservation is thus initially fixed by ALD Automotive Algérie SPA, according to the operational needs necessary to the execution of each individual rental contract and taking into account the possible recommendations of the local authority of data protection.
